This site was created by me to keep track of the state of my vegal nervous system as I worked on healing trauma by participating in Dr Rutstein's Healing Trauma Program.

The app is designed to help you track and manage your anxiety in a simple, intuitive way. Based on how you're feeling, you select from a set of options that describe your current state. I've created a range of different options so you can choose language that feels comfortable for you.

Once you've made a selection, the app generates a graph to show your progress over time, helping you recognize patterns and improvements in your nervous system. It's an easy and effective way to build awareness and take control of your well-being.

Who is it for?

I started tracking my own nervous system health in a spreadsheet, and that soon became cumbersome. I wanted a simple way to track my progress and see patterns over time. So I wrote a little app and reazlied I could make this available to others. It's free for anyone who is currently working through the Healing Trauma Program or anyone who is working on healing trauma related to their nervous system.

Privacy and security

With over 25 years of experience in Internet security, I understand the importance of protecting your data and ensuring your privacy. That is why this app is built with security at its core:

• Secure Authentication - Your login credentials are stored securely in an identity provider. The only information pertaining to you I retain in my system is your email address, which is used solely for necessary communication.
• Encrypted Data - All your data is stored in a secure database, and your personal notes are encrypted. Only you can access them—I have no way to read or retrieve your private information. Additionally, your email is not linked to your stored data, ensuring that even in the unlikely event of a breach, no one could decrypt or associate any information with an email address.
• Secure Infrastructure - The app is built on a secure platform with industry-standard protections in place to safeguard your data.
